Ayanavaram 24 Hours Hospital

Worst experience on my first consultation yesterday night with emergency medical officer, who is very much consent of admitting only on cash payment nurse is money minded worst . Moreover she doesn't know the ethics of speaking to a patient in front of the family members. She didn't even look at the previous medical reports taken recently. So be careful with him my dear friends. I am not sure he is a qualified MBBS doctor. They are running hospital by using nurses. I never seen such a money oriented hospital like this.

I went to this hospital on 5th of October as it's near my area and treatment which I took was ear lobe repair I went and enquired they asked an doctor and gave appointment evening 7:30 I waited there like half and hour finally they called me around 8 inside nurse were searching the equipments for the procedure and doctor was like WHAT the hell and they took the sterilized tray from operation theater they started my procedure in an normal table and doctor was standing for the whole procedure and an nurse accompanied him it took 30 + mins , paid and got medicines returned back home next day one of the medicine didn't suit me it gave metalic taste and vomiting sensation. Called the number which was given in website someone answere I explained and he asked to stop the medicine and come tomorrow as I have dressing saw the doctor who did procedure on me he changed the tablet I returned the medicine as it won't suit me and they stated no refund it's my bad that I got medicines for all 7 days. Worst part starts from here I did 2 dressing there as my wound was healed nurse said that it's fine if the dressing comes also no issues ears all good. 7th day passed have been following for stitches removal again called the site phone number to my surprise it was the chief doctor of the hospital he said don't you have hospital number I said sorry sir I don't have one I think he was driving and he was scolding me Telugu if I am right some thing or the other still he gave me hospital contact number i called and nurse who attended the call won't write up it seems I had to follow up for stitches removal finally they said doctor asked you to come on 17th October tuesday as he wanted to see the ears (whole 13 days for stitch removal). It's 17th today & yesterday I called twice and they said I will ask doctor and let you know timing mam. Today morning made a call again still there is no proper response from hospital. The only reason I chose this hospital was it's near my house and to avoid my travel expenses... People according to me there is no proper management here in this hospital, but doctors are good and professionals...

My sister was admitted in a very serious situation of f covid.... Me and my family was so much worried seeing her health condition, we had got a great doctor as a god, i thank the almighty for leading me into such a kind and a caring hospital.... Now I saved my sister's life and my love life of my family.. thank you Aynavaram 24hrs for giving my life back.

Last week night I visited this hospital for my relative's health issue the hospital was very clean and neat but the management of this hospital got me really worried. Patient has to pay the fees before even consulting the doctor. The hospital is such money minded. No proper lab facilities very worst. I didn't expect hospital in such good locality will be this worse. Before ever visiting this hospital please consider this review.

My sister was admitted in ayanavaram 24hrs hospital for breast abscess. She under went surgery and few days of admission. Now she is good she was diagnosed at the right time and surgery done. I thank the surgery team. And the specially dr. Anbarasu and dr. K. K. Vijay Kumar for their gudiance . Cost of surgery was also affordable to me
